There has been a recent update posted to TrailwoodHills.com about some new parking recommendations that will go before City Council on December 4, 2007. You can read the update at: http://trailwoodhills.com/parking_update_12032007.php
The recommendations look to restrict parking on Laurel Falls Lane, Appalachian Drive, and Beech Gap Court. The HOA made these requests due to insufficient width for emergency vehicles to pass if cars are parked on both sides of these streets. They would also like restricted parking on Trailwood Hills Drive to assist with sight distance problem when exiting Laurel Falls Lane.
