New No Parking signs were posted as a safety measure at the intersection of Lineberry Drive and Alder Ridge. There are a lot of cars from the non-owner-occupied homes near this intersection that were parking around the corner, blocking the stop sign, etc. – causing blind spots and general safety concerns. Also, this should help with pedestrian safety for the walk ramps.
This intersection is on a curvy section of Lineberry Drive. Please be aware of the newly posted No Parking signs and remember to come to a full and complete stop at the stop sign. California slow-and-roll’s are not cool.
Note: Getting the signs posted were the result of an action item of the last Trailwood Hills HOA meeting and the board worked with the City of Raleigh to address this concern and achieve these results.
