Camden Crossing Home Owners Association Board has been acting upon several recommendations that were previously posted in this blog.
They have been actively looking for someone who would be interested in updating the website on a regular basis. If this is something you are interested in participating in, please contact Dawn Hatcher, community manager, at 919-459-1860.
The board also approved the installation of a new dog bag and waste receptacle on Trailwood Hills at the intersection with Barrymore Street. This has already been installed and has had a very high rate of use. In my walks around the neighborhoods with my dog, I also noticed that the Trailwood Hills community installed two new bag stations, one along Alder Ridge between Laurel Falls and Farlow Gap, and one along Laurel Falls, near the intersection with Trailwood Hills, at the community pool. As a reminder, please remember to always bring a bag with you when walking your pets, and pick up behind them. Help keep our neighborhood clean, and be a responsible pet owner. You could also carry an extra bag with you and kindly offer it to others, as I often do, who may need a little reminder about how to be responsible themselves.
Finally, the board sent out a newsletter a few months ago detailing some useful information. This type of communication was very timely, and discussed rules about the pool, as well as street parking. It is my hope that these letters can become a consistent form of communication.
If anyone has any further recommendations about the Camden Crossing HOA or if you would like to be placed on the agenda for an upcoming Board meeting, please contact Dawn Hatcher at the above phone number.
