BCL, are you one of those people who report people for every little thing? You probably yell at kids when they ride by on their bicycles. We already have too many laws without people pushing trivial, ridiculous laws on everyone around them. You should move to Cary if you want to live in a place where every act of every individual is governed or restriced.

According to the City of Raleigh newsletter that I received today, August 31, 2009, garbage, yard waste and recycling containers "should be placed behind your residence" (or in the garage), not merely rolled up to the front of your residence. In other words, they should be out of sight. I agree that violations need to be promptly and consistently reported.
