I was excited to get my recycle and win sticker and information in the mail today. Earlier this month, the City of Raleigh announced a partnership with Coca-Cola and Harris Teeter to promote increased recycling throughout the city. If you recycle correctly and place the sticker on your recycle box, you could win prizes.
The program kicks off Nov. 3 and will run for six months. The City is sending an educational mailer from Coca-Cola to all single-family households in Raleigh. The mailer features the right ways and the wrong ways of recycling, along with an opportunity to win a $50 Harris Teeter gift card simply for doing the right things – recycling and recycling the right way. The educational mailer contains a sticker, which residents should place on their green City of Raleigh recycling bins in order to win. If they are spotted recycling the right way, they could be rewarded.
