		<description>Unfortunately, stop signs don&#039;t act well as traffic calming devices, but rather, people speed up following the stop in order to make up for lost time.  It may be best to make an effort to reduce the amount of on street parking along this stretch and have better posting of speed limits, as many do not know the currently posted speed limit.</description>
