Raleigh, NC – The Pleasant Ridge & Ramsgate Community Watch, building a safe and informed family community, is hosting a community-wide yard sale on May 22, 2010 for all the streets in our neighborhood. Yard sale goers can find multiple yard sales off of Lake Wheeler Road and Lineberry Drive on Lawrence Drive, Sierra Drive, Henslowe Drive, Ramsgate Street, and other streets in-between.

Maps will be available at 2004 Sierra Drive for yard sale goers, highlighting the locations having yard sales.

The Pleasant Ridge & Ramsgate community watch will sponsor an ad in the N&O to advertise community-wide yard sales in our area. The organization will also post signs along Lake Wheeler Road and Lineberry Drive. Sellers are encouraged to post their own signs. The rain date is set for May 29, 2010.

Sellers, new this year, Liz Perkinson is helping to coordinate the event and will be making a map of the area with all the locations of yard sales. In order to get on the map, a minimum donation of $5 is requested. You can use the contact form (select Yard Sale from the drop-down) to reach Liz by Tuesday, May 18th with your name and address.
