The Trailwood Hills Board met on May 4, 2010.  There was a lengthy discussion regarding the beautification project and Alex passed along his research and bids to date. The Board will be deciding on which contractor to use and when to start soon. There was a discussion regarding the pool opening and the items that need to be taken care of prior to the pool opening. 

It has already passed inspection for the 2010 pool season. We discussed various ongoing violations and possible resolutions.  It was suggested that we send a letter or some sort of document out with the pool rules this month that would assist homeowners and tenants in obtaining useful information regarding our neighborhood, City ordinances and codes, and other information. That document will be sent out with the pool rules this month.

The pool party is currently scheduled for July 17th and an invitation will be going out later.
