Trailwood Hills HOA has created several documents in an effort to assist the homeowners in Trailwoods Hills with respect to our covenants and various City ordinances. They are basically a quick reference guides that cover questions about parking, parties, grass height, PROP, and other concerns that are frequently asked or sent to the HOA board.
While the Trailwood Hills’ covenants do not apply to other neighborhoods, the City ordinances do, as does the PROP information, and the list of contact numbers.
