Found this great post over on Goodnight Raleigh! I think it’s great and wouldn’t mind if something like this had a permanent home in our city.
“A few months ago, some 1920s-era storefronts and an old rental house across from Cup-a-Joe on Hillsborough Street were knocked down. In their place, a gigantic mound of dirt was left. It’s been the subject of speculation amongst passersby and coffee shop patrons, but I don’t think anything has been publicly stated outlining exactly what the miniature mountain is all about.
