Raleigh, NC – The Pleasant Ridge & Ramsgate Community Watch, building a safe and informed family community, held their annual Holiday Lights event on Sunday, December 12 from 7pm – 8:30pm. Neighbors got to explore the outside light display at 2144 Balboa Road and got an exclusive tour of the holiday decorations.

The view from the street, shown above, is fabulous. Penguins, Santa’s, polar bears, snowmen, reindeer, and many other holiday figures are carefully placed throughout the yard, bringing holiday cheer to our neighborhood.
