Raleigh, NC–Trailwood Realty, LLC is excited to offer a new pricing structure. I am now offering my services for 6% of the monthly rental rate with a one half month fee for finding a renter, including a listing in the MLS.
This is a start-up property management company, and I want to earn your business! I am the owner, Dawn Brenengen, and I am excited to be starting this new venture. I have been in real estate for many years, and I have been managing my own rental properties in Raleigh for six years. It turns out I’m pretty good at it, and so I want to extend this service to others and build a GREAT business.

At tonight’s South West Citizens Advisory Council (SWCAC) meeting, one of the main topics is the rezoning case Z-21-10 [PDF]. The rezoning is on the corner of Lake Wheeler Road and Kirkland Drive, and based on last month’s presentation, a vote in support could take place during the meeting. The petitioners want to put an Ample Storage facility on the site. This could be the type of development that kick starts the right kind of growth that the Lake Wheeler corridor has been missing for the last few years. There are no guarantees about what development will go on a rezoned property.
Would you vote in favor of rezoning Z-21-10?
- no (50%, 2 Votes)
- yes (50%, 2 Votes)
Total Voters: 4

We get lots of requests for recommendations on the Lineberry Alliance mailing list. It’s no surprise that we have people, with businesses, that live in our own neighborhood providing some of the services many of us use -or- are looking for. One such service that’s available from one of our neighbors in Pleasant Ridge is a PC repair service. See the information below for more details about the services this local business provides.
Jerry Perkinson from Pleasant Ridge & Ramsgate Community Watch has a home-based PC service business based in the neighborhood. Services are offered on laptops, desktops, networks (both wired and wireless) as well as backup systems and peripherals. Jerry has been tinkering with PC’s since he was a child and has gained more experience working at IBM for the last 7 years, fixing software and hardware on laptops and PC’s. (more…)
