It seems that the current hosting company has some technical limitations with our neighborhood-wide mailing list or list-serve. They impose a limit of 500 emails per hour, mostly to reduce SPAM efforts. I understand why they do this. But, as our mailing list grows in the number of subscribers and the volume of emails created, it’s causing some growing pains.
As I evaluate the available options to potentially migrate our email list, two options are at the top: Google Groups and Yahoo! Groups. Take the following poll to help us decide:
