Trailwood Hills Charts HOA and City Rules

Trailwood Hills HOA has created several documents in an effort to assist the homeowners in Trailwoods Hills with respect to our covenants and various City ordinances. They are basically a quick reference guides that cover questions about parking, parties, grass height, PROP, and other concerns that are frequently asked or sent to the HOA board.  (more…)

Trailwood Springs HOA Board: May Update

The Trailwood Springs Board met on May 10, 2010 at our new property manager’s office – Elite Management.  Their  office is located at 1401 Suite 116 Sunday Drive Raleigh, NC 27607.   We finalized information concerning parking restrictions, upcoming landscaping projects and topics on how to continue to increase the quality of life in our neighborhood.   We also wanted to announce our new website created by one of our neighbors, Steven Goode – trailwoodsprings.org.  Trailwood Springs residents received a newsletter in the mail this week with much of the info listed below.

Trailwood Hills HOA Board: May update

The Trailwood Hills Board met on May 4, 2010.  There was a lengthy discussion regarding the beautification project and Alex passed along his research and bids to date. The Board will be deciding on which contractor to use and when to start soon. There was a discussion regarding the pool opening and the items that need to be taken care of prior to the pool opening.  (more…)
