Trailwood Hills HOA has created several documents in an effort to assist the homeowners in Trailwoods Hills with respect to our covenants and various City ordinances. At first it was occasional. Then there were two trucks taking up the road. Now it’s becoming a regular truck stop in the middle of our neighborhood, right here at Truck Stop Lineberry.
Wal-mart trailer on Lineberry Drive
A few weeks ago, myself and a few other neighbors starting noticing 18-wheelers parking on Lineberry Drive, just south of Broad Oaks and North of Trailwood Hills, between Joanne Drive and Alder Ridge Lane. No biggie, right? Someone in the neighborhood is a truck driver. My wife’s uncle drives the big rigs. I can respect that. (more…)
The Trailwood Springs Board met on May 10, 2010 at our new property manager’s office – Elite Management. Their office is located at 1401 Suite 116 Sunday Drive Raleigh, NC 27607. We finalized information concerning parking restrictions, upcoming landscaping projects and topics on how to continue to increase the quality of life in our neighborhood. We also wanted to announce our new website created by one of our neighbors, Steven Goode – trailwoodsprings.org. Trailwood Springs residents received a newsletter in the mail this week with much of the info listed below.
