At the September 2010 meeting of the South West Citizens Advisory Council (SWCAC), Monday, September 13, 2010 – 7pm at Carolina Pines community center , attendee’s will have the opportunity to vote on the Neighborhood Recognition Awards. At the August meeting, we discussed the topic and had a few suggestions from the audience.
